When you go on a trip, is a good night’s rest included in the itinerary? Believe it or not, “sleep vacations” are real, and in our current burnout culture, it probably comes as no surprise that more and more people are seeking them out.
Vacations can often mean feeling under-rested as people race to cram in as much as possible during their limited time off. However, the sleep company Emma is getting back to the root of what it means to take a vacation and prioritizing some much needed R&R over the usual day-to-night itinerary. "Sleep tourism helps people step away from daily stressors and rediscover the essential need for restful sleep," said Theresa Schnorbach, Sleep Research Team Lead from Emma, in a statement.
