THANK YOU COACH ALLEN ❤️ After 4 years leading and building the #NFLAcademy into what it is today, Head Coach Tony Allen will be leaving the programme ahead of the 2023/24 season. Coach Allen has been an integral part of the Academy and its journey since launching in 2019, and his ‘1% better every day’ mantra will continue to be a foundation of everything we do. From everyone at the NFL Academy, athletes, alumni, coaches, staff, we thank Coach Allen for everything he has done and achieved here, and wish him all the best going forward. #NFLAcademy
