The Bentonville Adult Wellness Center expands access to fitness, recreation, and community programs for residents ages 50 and older. 🏢✨ The project brings together approximately 31,000 SF of new construction and 8,000 SF of renovated space, including a modern gymnasium, group fitness studio, therapy pool, updated locker rooms, a welcoming lobby, and enhanced community spaces. Core States Group provided Fire Protection and MEP engineering for the project. Our team also supported fire alarm design, agency review, construction coordination, and value engineering to help deliver the building systems behind this wellness center.
