Pacific NW Logistics Center (Sumner Meadows) was named Industrial Development of the Year at the 2026 @Credawa Night of the Stars Awards! 🏆 Congratulations to KG Investment Properties, LLC and the entire project team on this recognition. Stormwater planning played a central role in transforming this project, an 82-acre former golf course in Sumner, WA, into a 1.18-million SF Class A logistics campus. Because the site is near the White River, Core States Group coordinated grading, drainage, and building pad elevations with the City of Sumner’s 170-acre White River Restoration Project.
