Whale hello there! 🐋 A humpback whale has been spotted in the Delta near Rio Vista Bridge on the Sacramento River. Witnesses say the whale came pretty close to shore. This incident is similar to one of the most famous marine visitors, "Humphrey the Humpback whale," who made his way to the Sacramento River and caused a scene in Rio Vista in 1985 and 1990, before he had to be rescued and led back to the ocean.
