Making GUMMIES at #pastryschool I was once asked what is my guilty pleasure and I responded watermelon sourpatch — nothing tastes as good to me. While these raspberry gummies were delicious, I think im going to make sour gummies next time. They are simply superior. Also, I think it’s time for me to acknowledge that this pastry school series is coming to an end. I learned over 100 new recipes while I was in France and I have loved sharing them with you. Unfortunately, I was not able to film everything while I was in school. Furthermore, I have been putting a lot of time and effort into these videos, but I think it is time for me to focus on practicing these new skills at home and sharing them with my audience.
