Getting to know future Men's Volleyball Jimmies. Donte Jennings is a 2023/24 signee coming to UJ in the fall of 2023. He is an 18 year old from the Evergreen State of Washington. Donte has a long history with the sport of volleyball. When he was very young, he would go with his mother to volleyball practices. While she was coaching, he was on the side teaching himself until she gave him the opportunity to play with a U12 girls volleyball team when he was just 8 years old. Ever since then, his passion for volleyball has grown into the love he now has for the sport. Donte chose UJ because of the culture and the Men's Volleyball program. He will be majoring in Kinesiology and Sports Science where he plans to be a traveling physical therapist or a sports trainer. In his free time, he likes to hang out with friends, get coffee, and shop for clothes.
