Shoutout to connorfitz5 for his level of commitment to the game of basketball. We have known him since 8th grade. And tbh we are not responsible for his skill development. We worked with him here and there throughout the years on his skill and just conversations. But we finally had the pleasure of coaching him last summer in club. High IQ and skilled lefty. Working with him challenged us a ton about our coaching style and making sure we truly understood each players WHY. But also helping him develop navigating teammate challenges.
