Oregon State University’s Food Innovation Center is looking for candidates to taste test new hard cider offerings in downtown Portland next month. The OSU Food Innovation Center works with clients to bring “food products to market and [advance] Northwest foods,” according to its website. The taste tests will take place Wednesday, July 19, and Thursday, July 20, between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. in downtown Portland. “Sessions are 1 hour and the incentive is $50,” the OSU Portland Sensory Lab said in a Facebook post, promoting the tasting sessions.
