The Florida Gators 🐊 have been making some noise in the NCAA transfer portal! Not only does Parker Valby return to Gainesville this upcoming cross country season, but she’s got three new All-American teammates making their way to Gator Nation! New Transfers: • Flomena Asekol -> ran for the University of Alabama this past year, she finished in 14th place in the Women’s 6k at the NCAA Division 1 Cross Country Championships. This past outdoor track season, Asekol was the runner-up in the 1500m at the SEC Outdoor T&F Championships and finished with a 4:11.38 personal best. • Amelia Mazza-Downie -> ran for the University of New Mexico this past year, she finished in 22nd place in the Women’s 6k at the NCAA Division 1 Cross Country Championships.
