Crust:
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
½ c melted butter
Cheesecakes:
2 cups heavy cream, cold
¼ cup powdered sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
16 ounces cream cheese, at room temp
1 cup granulated sugar
¼ cup sour cream
1-2 tbsp lemon juice, to taste
2 tsp vanilla extract
2-3 jars Stonewall Kitchen Fruit Jams in desired flavors
