Full body workout coming at y’all celebrating freedom (I did this on July 4th hehe) and having a healthy body ⚡️🇺🇸🤟🏼 For me and my goals, I like to focus on a structured strength training routine majority of the time. Aka doing the same thing over and over again 🤪🏋🏼‍♀️ Buuuut I do enjoy throwing some full body workouts in to challenge myself in a fun & different way! (because ya gotta enjoy your fitness in some capacity to make this sustainable right!!) Full workout 👇🏼 🇺🇸 SUPERSET x 4 sets Jump rope x 30 seconds normal, 30 sec alternating Push ups x 10 total reps 🇺🇸 SUPERSET x 4 sets Box jumps x 10 total reps Ball slams x 10 reps 🇺🇸 Heavy kettlebell swings 3 x 12-15 🇺🇸 Tire flips 3 x 10 flips Also, this is your reminder that it is a BLESSING & PRIVILEGE to be able to exercise and move your body! And the more you view exercise as something you GET to do, instead of something you HAVE to do… I promise it will be a lot more fun 🤟🏼 HAPPY WEDNESDAY Y’ALL!!! ••••...
