The Leva ⠀ Part 1: The Lever System 💡⠀ ⠀ The Leva redefines the concept of a lever machine, giving new possibilities that have never been seen before in a traditional lever-activated espresso machine. ⠀ This includes:⠀ ⠀ 1️⃣Preventing the risk of injuries thanks to its lever/clutch safety system.⠀ ⠀ 2️⃣Reducing the physical effort needed to pull the lever by 50% thanks to its geometry and engineering.⠀ ⠀ 3️⃣Allowing the barista to load different water ‘doses’ thanks to the stepped engagement system.⠀ ⠀ #techtuesday #thisisleva #lamarzocco #leva
