Up until just over a year ago I was a North Dakota kid who had a narrow view of the world, and during Covid I decided to play in Arizona. I found myself aligning with the values of the club and am so glad I decided to try out. I’ve found my best friends here, people that I truly have bonded and built connections with, and in all seriousness, my family.” 🔹How have you grown from freshman year to now? “My freshman year I was that quiet, sit at the back of the class, introverted, doesn’t have much to say girl. Throughout my years in high school I’ve grown into myself exponentially. I’ve surrounded myself more with people who love and support me.
