#COVshoutout to avery_dusty from #COV18Gold on her commitment to Kirkwood Community College!! 🤩🥳 🔹 Avery chose kirkwood_vb because of the culture and history of the program, the great coaching/leadership, and the opportunities for further development as a player and person. When she visited the campus, it felt like home! 🔹 She wants to say a huge thank you to all her COV teammates and coaches, past and present. Special shout-out to Coach Kristi who’s always pushed her to be her very best, on and off the court, and has been influential in guiding her volleyball journey. 🔹Avery’s encouragement to younger athletes: “Life will forever be full of challenges. You’re a fighter. Look at everything you’ve overcome, don’t give up now!” #COVproud
