#ad Feeding a toddler has been a whole new adventure in the kitchen! Finding nutritious options (that he actually likes) has been a bit harder than I expected. But over the past few months, I’ve found a few nutritious options (oh hey siggisdairy 👋) that are always a winner. So these are the foods I keep on hand at ALL times and some of the tricks that have helped in our house.

Yogurt- If my toddler had to pick a favorite food, it would be yogurt. I love that siggi’s® yogurt pouches are a good source of protein with 5g of sugar. It’s the perfect on-the-go snack! It’s a must-have in our fridge. Try the siggi’s strawberry banana and mixed berry yogurt pouches from your local Publix.

Freeze dried fruit- This has been a game changer for a toddler who doesn’t like the texture of most fresh fruit! Freeze-dried mangos, strawberries, and apples have been a favorite. (Bonus: They’re less messy than fresh fruit!)
