Anna, age four, was looking for Elsa. When she noticed on a flight last winter that Disney's Frozen was no longer available on aircraft, Anna wrote a letter to a Delta Vice President asking for her favorite film's return. Not wanting to disappoint our young flier, the in-flight entertainment team worked its own magic to make sure the movie would return in time for Anna's next flight and to thank her for improving our on-board selection. To show our appreciation, the Airport Experience team in ATL surprised Anna with her own Princess Party in Terminal B. Princesses from all nearby gates were invited to join the fun - waving wands, belting songs and staging a photoshoot. Before whisking her away to her flight, the team surprised Anna and her family with a new Delta backpack and tickets to Walt Disney World. Every moment is an opportunity to connect, even if it's something as simple as sharing your favorite movie. Thank you, Anna, for being someone worth melting for 👑❄️
