Big news, y’all! The Knox County Board of Education just gave a unanimous thumbs-up to rename Gibbs High School’s baseball field after Morgan Wallen! This is his hometown where he played shortstop for the Eagles’ 2010 championship team and graduated in 2011. Morgan held a pop-up concert on the field in 2023 and according to principal Jason Webster, Morgan’s dropping a massive $1.2M donation to level up the school’s athletic facilities. Talk about giving back to the roots that raised him! #gibbshighschool #morganwallen #hometown FOLLOW (COUNTRYMUSICTUNES) 📸 Gibbs High School Baseball / Facebook 📸 MorganWallenFoundation.com
