HOLY CRAP – it’s week 5 of the betterhomesandgardens oneroomchallenge and I am so darn proud of myself.  My ridiculous organization, lengthy checklists and daily calendar have kept me on track and I am 95% there. I got word that my missing cabinet doors will arrive Monday and my floating shelf wood will also be ready for pick up Monday, so this weekend will be dedicated to small touches and maybe even jumping over to painting the guest bedroom for fun – why the heck not? I seriously stand in the doorway, stare at my pretty kitchen and think to myself – I DID THAT.  All of that.  We are all capable of doing so much more than we think we can and this kitchen is proof of that.
