How in the world is it already week 4 of the betterhomesandgardens oneroomchallenge?  This past week flew by and was 100% dedicated to painting the kitchen cabinets.  Equipped with my Critter spray gun and benjaminmoore Advance paint, I got to work.  And I’m still not done, because painting cabinets is quite the long-winded chore! I’m getting a bit nervous because I’m still waiting on a couple big items!  I decided fairly last minute to order nicer wood for my floating shelves – the Home Depot pine lumbar wasn’t cutting it for such a focal in my kitchen.  On top of that, if you watched my stories this past week, you know I made a major oopsie and somehow didn’t order the cabinet doors for below the sink.  We’re going to be cutting it super close!! This next week will be focused on finishing the cabinet painting, hanging the doors and adding the hardware.  Then a mad dash to the finish when my shelves get in.
