Ooff it’s been a hectic week at our reuse centre this week. We got a few really big donations of deadstock fabrics and other rad finds and our small team has been working our muscles to get it all received and organized in the reuse centre. Often times we get fabrics when businesses close and it’s so heart breaking to witness people going through closures after spending many years building businesses that fed their families and created communities around them. Our industry landscape is ever changing and being at that end of the lifecycle of someone else’s story, we really get to have incredible conversations with veterans of the industry and see how things are evolving in our realm.
