Tick tock! How much time do you have to learn about clocks? 🕰 Nowadays, we can’t imagine clocks without digital number displays or a pair of ticking hands. But many early mechanical clocks didn’t have any such visual display. Instead, they simply sounded the time by striking a bell at certain hours. That’s how we got the word “clock” – from the Latin word 𝘤𝘭𝘰𝘤𝘤𝘢, meaning bell. 🔔 With this project from Eureka Crate, kids will build a gravity clock – powered by a weight and pendulum – while exploring skills like wood assembly, calibration, and time management.
