Last winter a potential job opportunity came up in Indianapolis and it really got us thinking a lot about a state we’d never considered previously. After doing tons of research we found it to be a Mecca of amazing schools, insanely cheap houses, Medicaid waivers for children with disabilities, a Shriner’s hospital, and a reasonable drive to Nationwide Children’s where Kinsley will be having surgery this summer. With the Utah housing market being absolutely insane, we’ve decided to sell our house and use the equity to build our dream custom accessible home for cash in Indiana. So many pieces just feel right, and we’re so excited to live the next 30 years without a mortgage hanging over our head!
