We live in a three story town house with a child who cannot walk #WhatWereWeThinking 😂 Derek and I realized though that the number one thing we can do for Kinsley is to stop carrying her everywhere. It’s so much easier and faster to carry her places, but she’s eventually (sooner than later) going to be too heavy to carry. A huge thing we’ve been working on the last couple weeks are one hand holds with walking, and letting Kinsley brace herself on furniture, and doing big reaches when she has to go from one object to another. This is a lot easier on our backs, and and is awesome for her progression to independent walking as well. Derek and I really want her to start using canes, and we’re getting some this next week!
