For 6 popovers using a popover pan. (Use muffin pan instead) 3 large eggs room temperature 1 cup all purpose flour 1 1/4 cup of milk Pinch of salt 2 tbsp melted butter Butter or oil for the pan . . Preheat the oven at 400F degrees. Put the pan in the oven to get heated. In a bowl start by cracking your eggs and whisk vigorously for a few minutes. Slowly incorporate flour and continue to whisk. Incorporate milk and will end up with a very thin batter. Add salt and melted butter. Remove pan from the oven and grease with butter. If you use oil you can add it before you put the pan in the oven.
