Opera Night, Long Island (ONLI) is a nonprofit organization providing the Island’s only live opera series. Opera, operetta, art songs and musical theater excerpts are performed by accomplished singers and accompanists. . Longtime Northport resident Isabella Eredita Johnson, director and founder, announced a roster of ten artists, all veterans of the Opera Night stage, who will perform excerpts from popular operas such as Verdi's Rigoletto, and Donizetti's Don Pasquale. . ONLI's mission is to foster the appreciation of opera by providing local and affordable opera of the highest caliber with established singers and emerging young talent. . ONLI continues with monthly programs Friday, July 14th and August 11th at Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Huntington, 109 Browns Road, Huntington.
