“DIY Dave” is back and all about a space not only looking good, but also working well for you! So, to maximize this kitchen/laundry space, and needing a better place to steam my clothes, I decided to install this wardrobe valet rod, and in brass to match the rest of my finishes. After finding the center of the space, making sure the rod was straight, pre-drilling a few holes, and using the proper depth screws, this installation was honestly a breeze! Now, I can wash, dry, steam and hang a week’s worth of outfits all beautifully in one space. And of course I couldn’t forget to relocate this plant for added “David” to the space! Honestly this whole area is my new favorite nook of my home. Feliz Wednesday, y’all! And remember, as our lifestyles evolve, so can our homes’ function!
