Signs that I’m feeling better . . . 90’s R&B is playing, I’m cleaning my home, fresh flowers are out, and I make myself a peanut butter and (apricot) preserve sandwich💁🏾‍♂️ Admittedly, after returning home from vacation, I may have hit the gas too hard - which led to my body reminding me that I’m now 35, not 25😅 But, I woke up this morning feeling MUCH better!
