Did y’all know that I hear colors and see sound?! So for this week’s spring cocktail, I wanted to make us a Sunset Aura - because when this song plays, these are the colors I experience🧡💛💜🩷 Here’s what you’ll need: • 2.5oz empress1908gin • 1/2 cup strawberries for muddling • 4oz lemon juice • 1.5oz simple syrup - I used a rose-infused syrup by caneandherb901 • Lemon elderflower soda to top • Fresh cut strawberries for garnish • Ice of choice - I made floral spheres for this one using dried edible flowers. You know, for another sensory experience! Combine all ingredients - minus the gin and soda - in the shaker. Muddle for all of the flavors to fuse together. Pour in your favorite glass over ice. Then add your indigo gin last so that it sits on top of the other ingredients, and top off with your soda.
