As we inch closer to the first day of my favorite season - summer - I thought it would be a good time to share my latest #mocktailmonday recipe - A Summer Sunset ☀️ Inspired by flavors of my Caribbean roots, here’s what you’ll need for this beautiful mocktail 🍹 • 2 oz lyresspiritco White Cane Spirit • 1.5 cups of pineapple (muddled) • Fresh lime juice (from one lime) • 3/4 cup fresh pineapple juice • 1.5 oz hibiscus simple syrup - y’all know who I use, caneandherb901 🌺 Combine all ingredients as shown, and finish everything off with fevertree_usa ginger beer - because ginger is life!
