With all of the work going on in my home now, I’ve been inspired to do more intentional updates in other spaces - like my hallway light! On a whim one day in the thick of the *panorama*, I decided to change out my hallway light for a, then cool, fixture! Now, I still love the star base. But as a lover of form AND function, I needed something to better suit my lighting needs. So I changed the fixture! And here’s how I did it: Since half of my house runs on a fuse box, I made sure to disconnect the one powering the hallway’s light. With nothing more than a screwdriver, a step stool, and 30 minutes to spare - ok, and an wardrobe change💁🏾‍♂️ - I switched the fixture for one that is as beautiful as it is bright!
