Sometimes we shy away from our purpose . . . simply in fear of being successful! In school, I would say, “I will never design a commercial space. You have to worry about the too many requirements and people’s opinion.” The very reason I thought I wouldn’t like designing public spaces is why I LOVE it now! But with a spin on perspective . . . I get to create an experience for so many people to love! And I can’t thank Takeisha ENOUGH for allowing me the opportunity to help create and experience for her second location of anaturalaffair1! This project has given me more chances to learn, grow and become a bit more fearless in my purpose as a designer!
