Sleep suffers when travelling but to minimize that I take thirdzyhq with me on trips. It comes in super cute little single serve travel packs so I don’t have to worry about a big bag leaving a powdery mess in my suitcase. ⁣ ⁣ It’s super convenient and easy to just dump into some ice water in the evening, give a little finger stir, and enjoy a refreshing 🍓🍋 Thirdztini 🍹 ⁣ ⁣ Disclaimer I may have drank this one a little too early and had a nice little afternoon siesta 😴 💤 #recovery ⁣ ⁣ Post vacation I’m back to training, and back to my 9+ hour sleeps and it feels good. ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ #sleep #qualitysleep #sleephard #sleepwell #isleptwiththirdzy #thirdzy #crossfit #crossfitgirls #fitness #fitnessregime #fit #bikini #travel #vacation #nap #siesta #sun #workoutrecovery #natural #naptime #supplement #sleepsupport #athlete #sleepbetter
