Helena 🏃🏼‍♀️🤸🏼‍♀️🏋🏼‍♀️ An all out fun classic CrossFit event. The run was a bit tight at the beginning because we had to run almost single file through some corridors outside. I made sure I was aggressive to get to the front end of the heat. Felt like elbows were jabbing everywhere. ⁣ ⁣ BMU were really just our whole heat trying to keep up with jgreenewod cycle speed⚡️She ended up winning the workout so it was a good heat to be in. The snatches were no rep city and there were a few of us who did many extras 😂 Super fun race, the crowd was awesome, and bonus I wasn’t in Vellner’s hand juice lane 🤢 ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ 📷 flashlight.fitness crossfitgames goruck #helena #crossfit #run #running #bmu #muscleup #db #dumbbell #snatch #dumbbellsnatch #3rounds #crossfitgirls #girlworkout #crossfitgames #fit #fitness #muscle #fitgirls #wod #workout #crossfitcommunity #crowd #chalk #hidden #everywhere
