I absolutely loved training at Pure Payne Strength and Conditioning. Pure Payne was a place where hard work was welcomed and expected. This gym was nothing fancy, but it was the epitome of hard work. No top of the line brand new equipment, no flashy banners or wall decals, no frills. Most things were held together with a layer of duct tape #helloallthedumbbells and the boxes and pegboards were handmade by our resident gymdad 🖤 Like I say, hard work was welcome and expected from EVERYONE. . isaacpurepayne welcomed not only me but every level of athlete into his gym with open arms #soupkitchen. 🍲 The daily grind was filled with lots of laughs. Once you’ve heard Isaacs loud infectious laugh, I guarantee it will put a smile on your face. I think every member will agree with me that Isaac always had a larger than life personality and a happy demeanor. This was contagious throughout the gym.
