Super fun weekend competing thearmouryopen 🥇Thank you to the organizers, judges and volunteers crossfitarmoury for putting on such a smooth well run competition. • Thank you to isaacpurepayne for the game planning marriedtomymacros for the nutrition plans and viruscanada tydaxfit for the support, outfits and awesome top of the line equipment to compete on! • Last but never least, to my number 1 kjrolfe3060 for tirelessly coaching me throughout the weekend, having my back, and always being in my corner. This guy can switch the coach/husband hat like a pro, which is not an easy task at all when it comes to me😬 #therealmvp 🏆 . . . . . #crossfit #armouryopen #competition #crossfitter #viruscanada #wod #stronggirls #girlswithmuscle #functionalfitness #beautyinstrength #strongissexy #weightlifting #fitgirls #strength #sport #strengthtraining #squat #strongereveryday #strong #vanfitfam #metcon #instafitness #gym #muscles #training #fit #fitspo #motivation #health
