The Foundation for Food and Agriculture Research and New Lab are co-hosting the Smart Urban Food Systems Summit. Sponsored by bankofamerica, relishworks, and the nycedc. The Summit brings together experts to uncover challenges facing urban/regional food systems and identify areas where partnerships and technologies can build comprehensive, resilient and accessible food systems. The Smart Urban Food Systems Summit will also serve as the official launch of New Lab Farm, an agtech program that will leverage a network of experts and stakeholders to define the future of how we grow, eat, and distribute food in cities by pairing scientific and technological breakthroughs with innovation, policy, and community engagement. #FFAR #NewLab #SmartUrbanFoodSystemsSummit #SUFSS #NewLabFarm #agtech #foodsystems #NYC #Brooklyn #smartfood #urbanfood #futurefood #innovation #community #frontiertech #accessiblefood
