Egg Bar in Dearborn is one of my favorite places—not just for the food (which is phenomenal), but for the vibes, the people, and the creativity that goes into everything they make. They use artisan ingredients and it shows in every bite. This time I kept it light(ish) with the bread avocado egg bowl—fresh, flavorful, and super filling. But let’s talk about that steak & eggs sandwich—made with house-cut tenderloin filet medallions, burnt onion jam, and fresh baby arugula… it’s fine dining on a bun.
