UC Davis is celebrating Black Futures Month! Chancellor May, Dr. Inez Anders and Zelewit Molla share their message about reflecting on the historic contributions of African Americans, learning from our country’s struggles and triumphs, and recognizing the efforts of a new generation of Black leaders leading the way. Black Futures Month is a shared vision of the trajectory for Black life on this campus and beyond. During the month of February, we are committed to remembering, celebrating, and learning from Black History. Check out all the campus events hosted by ucdwrrc, ucd_ccc, and ucdlgbtqia on the Aggie Black Excellence calendar (ucdav.is/BFM2025) or clicking on this post’s thumbnail in our profile link. #OurUCDavis | #BlackFuturesMonth | #BlackHistoryMonth | #AggieBlackExcellence Video description: The video opens with a graphic reading “Black Futures Month” with watercolor swatches and red dots.
