"The UC Davis Veterinary Emergency Response Team (VERT) was busy in the field this weekend treating more than 730 animals. Teams deployed to both Solano and Sonoma counties to provide veterinary care to animals evacuated from the #LNULightningComplex fires and also assisted in search and rescue missions. The #UCDavis Veterinary Emergency Response Team is funded by generous donations from the community. To help support our veterinarians and students in the field, you can donate at give.ucdavis.edu/go/VERT or tap the link in our bio, then click on this post's thumbnail image." 📷&💬: ucdavisvetmed . . . . . #wildfire #wildfires #wildfireseason #vetmed #veterinarymedicine
