For almost 7 years, he has been an essential part of Team Skiff, helping ensure our boat-building operations run efficiently every single day. Managing maintenance across a large, multi-building manufacturing facility is a tremendous responsibility. From production equipment to plant systems to tools, machinery and facility infrastructure, there are countless components that must perform reliably to support the construction of every boat that leaves our facility.
