A man who rammed his car into the McNamara terminal at Detroit Metro Airport last month has been ordered into a 180-day mental health treatment program. Probate court records obtained by the Free Press include a Feb. 3 order showing that as many as 60 of those days could be in a treatment facility. It's unclear if he's currently hospitalized or receiving out-patient care. The records show that after the Jan. 23 airport crash, the man was treated at the nearby Corewell Health Taylor Hospital where a social worker filed a petition asking a court to hospitalize him.
