This week we’re excited to share not one, but TWO success stories from Laura and Michael, our favorite and totally inspiring PHD client couple! 👩‍❤️‍👨 Laura was facing an advanced heart failure diagnosis when she came into our PHD Lake Norman office last spring. She wanted to see if we could help her, as she knew she could improve the condition by getting more active and dropping weight. Michael came with Laura to support her on this journey, and as they were walking in, Laura mentioned to Michael that he should join her. That was all he needed to hear: both Michael and Laura got started together and have never looked back!
