Happy Wednesday PHD fam! It’s the #peakoftheweek which means it’s time to celebrate success! This is Linda and Valiena, they are sisters in-law and best friends. 👯 They decided to do the program together because they knew the power of their unconditional love, encouragement and support! Together they are down over 60 lbs and they plan to enjoy their new health with our maintenance program next year. Congrats you two & cheers to the power of accountability and support! •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• #phd #phdweightloss #weightloss #nutrition #wednesdaywow #transformation #successstory #sustainableweighloss #weightlossfoodie #healthiswealth #accountability #support #teamwork
