The Boblo docks, also known as the Detroit Harbor terminal are being demolished. Since I experienced so many memories there over the years, I wanted to say goodbye and use some of the footage and photographs I shot with my friends to give a proper send off to this HISTORIC location. I never thought I’d see so much of the city change so fast. I used to think- well to most people abandoned places are an eye sore. But I can’t reasonably say that when so many people use these places to express themselves, and nothing is uglier than an empty cement lot. I guess that’s a conversation for a different time, when I’ve given this much more thought.
