The Detroit News presents our 2025 Craft Brewery Bracket Challenge! On the heels of March Madness, we want to hear from our readers – via a college basketball style bracket – what independent craft brewery in Michigan has the top craft brews and deserves to be claimed as the champion of our competition. Nominations are open now through March 18, 2025. That week, we'll announce the 64 businesses that will be part of the competition. As the contest goes on we'll ask you for your vote to narrow down the pool until we've reached the final four. The champion brewery, announced in early April, will get a trophy and bragging rights, plus a feature in The Detroit News. You can select your brewery across Michigan every Selection Sunday. That’s not all — after you submit, make sure to check your email inbox. There will be a special offer waiting for you.
