Holy MOCHI! 🍡⁣ ⁣ It’s no secret most of us have been on a baking kick lately. I find myself going down rabbit holes (aka Instagram) looking at photos of AMAZINGLY delicious baked goods. The one that stood out to me, this week, Butter Mochi.⁣ ⁣ Now, I realize it’s not for everyone but I LOVE mochi and my love for mochi was confirmed when we visited Hawaii last year. Of course, I didn’t have any sweet rice flour on hand so I had to wait a few days (thank you amazon).⁣ ⁣ Worth the wait!! This dish is rich, buttery, and so divine.
