Sometimes simple tastes so much better than an over the top dish (don’t get me wrong, those over the top dishes are delish too!). Take this tramezzino. It is usually a triangular sandwich constructed from two slices of soft white bread (think Wonder bread), with the crusts removed (flashbacks of my elementary friends). Tramezzini are popular and inexpensive snack sandwiches available at many Italian bars throughout the day⁣ .⁣ Tramezzini al tonno e uovo was just what I wanted.
