We may not have skiing in central Texas, but we’ve got the next best thing! 🤠🎿 @snowmassvillage is only a short flight away thanks to the Austin airport offering direct flights every morning AND evening to and from the Aspen Airport (only 8 miles away from Snowmass)! So if anyone wanted to, they could fly out of Austin early in the morning, arrive in Snowmass and be on the slopes by noon. ⛷️ And the day you return you can ski all day and fly back to Austin that same night since it is only a 10 minute drive to the airport. 👏🏽 I highly recommend spending time in Snowmass, as they have so much more to do in the village than just skiing! Plenty of restaurants, bars, shopping, live music, free s’mores everyday, tubing, ice skating, snowshoeing, a mountain roller coaster, & more! 😍 They also have plenty of lodging literally right on the mountain for easy ski-in/ski-out access.
