‘One to One: John & Yoko’ is a feature-length documentary about the political activism of John Lennon and Yoko Ono during their residency in New York City’s Greenwich Village. According to contributor karafrankincense, “The film encapsulates a time and place, transporting audiences into the visceral cultural turmoil of the 1970s.” The pair’s relationship with the late Detroit activist John Sinclair is highlighted in this timely documentary, and an upcoming screening at michstatetheaters features a post-film discussion with fellow travelers Leni Sinclair and poet-writer M.L. Liebler. Full story at link in bio. #JohnLennon #YokoOno #JohnSinclair #MichiganTheater #JohnAndYoko #TheBeatles #NYC #1970s #Detroit #Film
